Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104. Critical Submission Requirements:
- Traceability Documentation: Offerors must submit traceability documentation (e.g., quotation from an approved source, letter from an authorized dealer/distributor) to prove the origin of the quoted Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation part. Failure to provide acceptable documentation will result in technical unacceptability and rejection of the quote.
- Required Information: Quotes must include price(s), FOB point, CAGE Code, point of contact (name and phone), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under the NAICS Code, and preferred payment method (Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)).
