Evaluation & Submission Requirements
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must:
- Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
- Be an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted and provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming this. Quotations without this documentation may not be considered.
- Submit a quotation that includes all associated costs, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges. No additional costs may be added after award.
- Provide sufficient descriptive literature, drawings, or diagrams to demonstrate compliance with specifications. Failure to provide adequate information may result in a technically unacceptable quotation.
- Agree unconditionally to the terms and conditions of the solicitation; quotations taking exception may be rejected.
