• Delivery of supplies in accordance with BPA Call/purchase orders.

• Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid CAGE Code.

• Compliance with Export Control Laws is required if drawings are involved, necessitating a DD Form 2345 certification.

• BPA Master Dollar Limit: $4,999,999.00 for five (5) years.

• BPA Call Limit: Individual calls shall not exceed the warrant level of the purchaser, but in no case shall exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250,000.00).

• Period of Performance: To be identified at the time of call.

• RFQs will be posted on the applicable procurement site.

• Vendors have one (1) business day to submit offers.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced offer received, unless otherwise stated in the RFQ.

• Payment will be made via P-Card or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• Registration in SAM and a valid CAGE Code are required.

• Delivery terms will normally be F.O.B. Destination.

• Fast Payment procedures are not authorized.

• Unpriced BPA Calls are strictly prohibited.
