Scope of Work

- Linen Services: Cleaning sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspreads, towels, pillows, and tablecloths as detailed in the Price Schedule (Attachment 1).
- Damage/Re-cleaning: Repairing contractor-caused damage to items (excluding lodging linens/towels, which must be replaced). Re-cleaning unsatisfactorily laundered items within 48 hours, with a limit of 20 pieces per month before invoice deductions.
- Operational Requirements: Adhering to a 24-hour turnaround time for laundry. Pick-up and delivery are scheduled Monday-Friday, 0800-1200, excluding Spanish holidays and with limited service on American holidays/Wing down days.
- Security & Compliance: Contractor personnel must obtain Morón Base Entry Identification and adhere to all installation security regulations. All required certifications, licenses, and permits must be secured.

- Price: Evaluated for mathematical accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness based on the Total Evaluated Price (Base + All Option Periods). Technical Capability and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The Government may award to a higher-priced quotation if it offers superior technical capability or past performance.
