Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide support for the Sail250 event in July 2026, focusing on maritime security, airspace situational awareness, incident response, and emergency management.

• Provide real-time video using drone assets.

• Offer airspace safety and awareness capabilities.

• Implement Counter-UAS (CUAS) detection using a CUAS Detection Suite.

• Enable streaming of all information to designated command centers for the event duration.

• Details on specific services will be provided separately.

• July 2026 (exact dates to be determined).

• The Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will be the Point of Contact (POC). The COR is Jonah Sowers (jonah.l.sowers@uscg.mil).

• The contractor must inform the COR of day-to-day activities and plans.

• Additional service details will be handled through Thomas Vitullo, with all communication routed through the COR until estimates are received.

• All submittals (PDF or Word documents) must be provided to the US Coast Guard Contracting Officer (KO) for approval before ordering materials.

• Written approval from the US Coast Guard is required before ordering associated materials.
