- Capability Statement: Explanation of firm's capabilities for COCO fuel storage facilities, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and qualified personnel for receiving, storing, issuing, maintaining quality, accounting for petroleum products, and facility maintenance.
- Past Performance: Details on similar fuels management requirements as a prime or subcontractor, including contract number, agency/entity, period of performance, dollar value, contract type, and explanation of services. Address any past performance problems and resolutions.
