This solicitation is for the "Sewer service line and lift station for G. Guinn SR #6861" located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma (Creek County). The project involves furnishing and installing a gravity sewer service line, an individual grinder pump lift station, buried electrical cabling, conduit, and connections.

• Furnish and install a minimum 70-gallon fiberglass basin with a 20-inch access cover and a Simplex 1 HP grinder pump lift station, including high water alarm, electrical wiring, and conduit.

• Install 20 LF of 4" SCH 40 PVC Sewer service line and fittings.

• Install a 4" Two-way cleanout with plug and adapter.

• Install 20 LF of 1-1/2" SCH 40 PVC Pressure Sewer Service line and fittings.

• Perform rock excavation as per plans and specifications.

• Furnish imported sand for bedding.

• Obtain all City Permits and Inspection Fees.

• Work must be performed in accordance with attached Statement of Work and drawings.

• A one-year warranty for all materials and labor is required.

• The contract performance period is 60 days after receipt of award.
