Scope of Work

- Installation of four laser displacement sensors for V-Blocks and Roller Stands positioning.
- Implementation of a Barrel Rotational Measurement system.
- Integration with the existing Keyence GT2-H50 Quartz Glass Scale and CMOS Image Sensor Projection System for TIR measurement.
- Updating PLC and HMI programs for positioning, anti-collision, global positioning, and display functions.
- Tuning sensors and drives for optimal positional accuracy (target +/-1" for V-blocks/roller stands, +/-5 degrees for barrel rotation).
