Quick Summary
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting quotations for one (1) CONTROL-MONITOR part (NSN: 5895-12-395-9484, P/N: B00E50207391/S0002 or X00E50219606/S0002) for the WPC-154 FRC vessel class. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotations are due May 15, 2026, at 10:00 am EST.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for a single CONTROL-MONITOR part, manufactured by ROLLS-ROYCE SOLUTIONS GMBH. While a brand name part is mandatory, offers of "equal" products will be considered if they meet specified salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics, with the USCG determining acceptability.
Critical Requirement: All items must be individually preserved and packaged in strict accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, utilizing specific ASTM-D6251, ASTM-D6880, or ASTM-D5118 box types. Items over 50 lbs must be skid-mounted or palletized. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, and non-compliance will result in quote rejection. Bar-coding compliant with MIL-STD-129R (Code 39 and PDF417) is also required. Failure to meet packaging, packing, marking (PP&M), and bar-coding requirements will lead to rejection and delayed payment.
