• Testing & Evaluation (T&E): Offerors must provide a T&E fee/price for items determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER).
• Performance: Accelerated delivery is encouraged. Freight is FOB Origin, but handled by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work.
• Penalties: A price reduction per unit/per month will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT due to unexcusable contractor delay.
