• Any changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require prior approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer via a written change order, except for part number changes where parts are identical.
• Electronic submission of Invoice and Receiving Report (COMBO) through PIEE-WAWF is mandatory.
• Changes to production facilities are prohibited without Contracting Officer approval and require a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
• Vendors are encouraged to provide contact information to NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg for automated notifications from NECO/PIEE.
