Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) services for 21 Controlled Humidity Asset Program (CHAP) systems for the Iowa Army National Guard (IA ARNG). The goal is to maximize equipment efficiency, extend useful service life, and reduce unscheduled downtime.

• Perform PM services on CHAP air dehumidification units (ADUs), controls, sensors, and safety devices.

• Services are based on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations.

• Tasks include filter cleaning, belt adjustment, rotor and seal inspections, tool/sensor calibration, and system checks.

• Document all actions and observations on a Field Service Report (FSR).

• Do not bypass or tamper with explosion prevention, personnel safety, or energy conservation devices.

• Maintain CHAP systems to achieve a daily average relative humidity (RH) of less than 50% RH 100% of the time.

• Maintain a daily average RH of less than 45% RH 90% of the time.

• On-site Preventive Maintenance must be performed as required by the OEM (10% failure to perform PM once as required by OEM is the acceptable quality level).
