The purpose and objective of this project is to renovate Building 290(B290) and Building 291(B291), in support of the 377th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), enhancing operational capabilities. The design/build team, consisting of the General Contractor and their sub-contractors, will be responsible for providing the necessary staff and skills to complete this turnkey project. The design phase will include the services of licensed design professionals to produce the necessary analysis, estimates, schedules, drawings, and specifications. The build phase will involve field verifications, labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses needed to construct the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). As outlined by FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude for this effort is $1,000,000 ? $5,000,000. Please see the attached SOW for further details regarding description of requirement.
A 2nd site visit has been scheduled for Friday 05 September 2025, 09:00 AM (Mountain Daylight Time) and all parties will meet on the southwest corner of Randolph Ave SE and Kirtland Dr SE on Kirtland Air Force Base. Attendance to the site visit is NOT mandatory and will be limited to no more than two (2) representatives per company. Please submit the names of your attendees and advise if you require base passes to access Kirtland AFB to the below Points of Contact (POCs) by 03 September 2025, 3:00 PM (Mountain Daylight Time). If there are additional questions after the 2nd site visit, please submit those by Tuesday 09 September 2025, 3:00PM (Mountain Daylight Time). Bid opening will be conducted as previously scheduled on 16 September 2025, 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time) at Building 20202, 8500 Gibson Blvd SE, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117.
