Eligibility & Submission
Potential contractors must meet AMS vendor qualification requirements (FAR Subpart 9.2). Evaluation & Notes
A Hubzone Small Business Price Evaluation Preference is available for certified firms that are the manufacturer/producer. New-to-USDA contractors will undergo a probationary period, limiting initial awards to 10 truckloads per product, requiring successful delivery of at least five truckloads to be removed from probation. The Government reserves the right to reject non-conforming products. Prime vendors are prohibited from subcontracting with suspended or debarred companies.
