This is a combined pre-solicitation notice and solicitation for the purchase of Frozen Cooked Pork, Beef, and Chicken Products for domestic food distribution programs. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is inviting offers for these commodities.

• Cooked/Canned Meats: Beef, Pork, and Chicken Products.

• Specific products include:

  • BEEF SPP PTY HSTYLE CKD 2.0MMA CTN-40 LB (Item 110322)
  • PORK CAN-24/24 OZ (Item 100139)
  • CHICKEN BONED CAN-24/12.5 OZ (Item 110940)

• Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

• The solicitation may include multiple stops on some line items, limited to a maximum of three per line item.

• Offerors must bid only quantities they can reasonably expect to produce and deliver.

• A food defense plan must exist for all plants and shipping points prior to bid opening.

• Offerors must certify that complete and accurate product information will be submitted to GS1 GDSN no later than 20 days after contract award.

• Period of Performance: Deliveries between April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

• Offer Due Date: February 5, 2026, by 1:00 PM CT.

• Acceptances Announced: February 19, 2026, by 5:00 PM CT.

• Offers must be submitted electronically via the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM).
