Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide all necessary resources to perform the removal, inspection, and attempted corrective repair of the seized Condenser Pump 2 and motor assembly. If repairable, the system must be returned to full operational status. A conditional replacement clause allows for a follow-on quote if the equipment is deemed beyond economical repair. Specific tasks include:

  • Site Prep & Safety: Coordinate access, execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure system isolation.
  • Inspection & Diagnostics: Safely remove the seized unit, inspect, and attempt to free seized components to determine repairability.
  • Repair & Material Provision: If repairable, perform bearing replacement and provide all necessary replacement materials (bearings, gaskets, seals, consumables, hardware).
  • Testing & Restoration: Reinstall the repaired unit, perform precise system alignment, and conduct operational testing. All work and parts shall be covered by a one-year warranty.
