The Government will provide supplies to staging locations, with the Contractor responsible for all loading and unloading. Specific tasks include:
- Haul and Backhaul Material: Helicopter transport of materials and supplies to and/or from staging areas to designated work sites.
- Fuel Charges Invoicing: Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for invoicing actual fuel costs (without profit) used in Task 1.
