Purpose & Scope
IHS seeks a three-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract (Base + two 12-month options) for the SDI 2.0 platform, OEM by Crucial Learning. The solution must include annual assessment credits (e.g., 878 for Base Year), subscription access for up to 2,500 users, reporting, team analytics, data export, and access to SDI-related tools and training materials. The platform needs to support enterprise-wide use, including portability of individual results and consolidated reporting across multiple PAIHS locations. The objective is to support relationship awareness, team effectiveness, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
Key Requirements
- Brand-Name: Core Strengths / Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) 2.0 from Crucial Learning. Non-OEM vendors must provide an authorization letter from Crucial Learning.
- Technical Capabilities: Access to the SDI 2.0 platform, licensing for up to 2,500 users, annual assessment credits, electronic assessment administration, individual/team reporting, user profile portability, consolidated analytics, and exportable data.
- Implementation & Support: Platform setup, administrative access, ongoing customer/technical support, and access to training materials.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with SDI 2.0/Core Strengths or equivalent OEM-authorized solutions, enterprise-wide implementations, and preferably Federal or healthcare organizations.

This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside (BICiv), with priority given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). The market research will help determine if the requirement can be set aside for ISBEE firms.
