This initiative aims to establish a full-scale production line for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) CCAs at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), expanding its existing automated prototype. The project objectives include:

Eligibility & Submission
The CIR is restricted to Cornerstone Consortium members. Eligible entities must have an active SAM.gov registration, a favorable status in Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information Systems (FAPIIS), and a signed Cornerstone Consortium Management Agreement. The evaluation will be a one-step process requiring a full technical and cost proposal, which may include a hybrid cost approach. Any awarded OTA will incorporate FAR 52.204-25, DFARS 252.232-7006, and DFARS 252.204-7012.
