The Contractor will be required to mobilize to the Cornucopia Harbor channel and perform mechanical dredging within the Inner Harbor South Arm, North Arm and Optional work in the Outer Harbor. Dredge material will be place in 3 upland placement sites. Demobilize when dredging is completed.
