This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is issued by the Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. The government is seeking to identify vendors capable of supporting a one-time supply contract for NALCO 7396 Corrosion Control/Water Stabilizer (Brand Name: Nalco Water, Nalco Company/Ecolab). This is intended to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order under NAICS code 325998.

• Supply of 3 Drums (55 gallons per Drum) of water stabilization and corrosion control chemical.

• The requirement is for a "Brand Name Only" justification.

• Responses are voluntary and will be treated as information only, not as a proposal or quote.

• No RFQs are available at this time, and requests for an RFQ will not receive a response.

• All information submitted is voluntary; the U.S. Government will not pay for information requested or costs incurred in developing it.

• Proprietary information will be handled in confidence.

• Responding to this SSN does not preclude participation in any future RFQ.

• The Government reserves the right to follow up on a one-on-one basis with respondents.

• Responses addressing company capability must be submitted to the same email address by Monday, 01 December 2025, by 4:00 PM EST.

• Responses should include: Company Name and Address; UEID; Company Cage Code; Point of Contact; Telephone Number; E-mail address; Business Size; and Product Availability (Open Market / GSA / etc.).

• The NAICS code is 325998, with an SBA size standard of 650 employees.

Using a non-compliant product or no product would significantly impact mission effectiveness and potentially result in loss of the public water supply permit, affecting depot operations and residents. Introducing other manufacturers' products also presents safety hazards due to potential chemical incompatibilities.
• Market Research: Technical data sheets were reviewed. Testing caused delays. Research indicated no National Stock Number (NSN) and that the material must be purchased directly from the manufacturer. Google search found no other sources.
