Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force, specifically AFLCMC EBI, is conducting a presolicitation for the Counter Air Missile Program (CAMP) Ground Launched Counter Air (GLCA) Enterprise Test Vehicle (ETV). The Government plans to enter a 10 U.S.C. 4022 Prototype Other Transaction (OT) agreement to develop an affordable, digital, open/modular, and highly producible ground-launched counter air ETV. An Industry Day and one-on-one discussions are scheduled for May 27-28, 2026, and feedback on the draft solicitation package is requested by June 2, 2026. This notice is for informational planning purposes and is not a request for proposals.
Scope of Work
The primary objective is to prototype a new supersonic counter air ETV weapon class. This effort focuses on the rapid integration and demonstration of commercial or minimally modified sub-systems and components into a new missile prototype. The goal is to address challenges in system complexity and time-to-field cycles, potentially leading to a follow-on Family of Affordable Mass Missiles (FAMM)-GLCA development and production program.
