• Ensuring materials are mercury-free for use on submarines/surface ships, prohibiting mercury contamination during manufacture, assembly, or test.
• Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, with Government Source Inspection (GSI) also required.
• Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073.

• Price Reduction: Contractors must propose a price reduction amount per unit per month for failure to meet RTAT, up to a maximum.
• Testing & Evaluation (T&E): If an asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), a negotiated reduced contract price (NTE $______) for T&E costs will apply.
• Options: The Government intends to add an option quantity for increased supplies.
• Freight: FOB Origin, handled by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work.
• Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Proof of authorization is required with the offer.
