The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, transportation, supervision and any otherresources necessary to perform courier service. This includes providing licensed drivers In Accordance With (IAW)Republic of Korea (ROK) law.The courier service shall be required to pick up laboratory specimens and miscellaneous items from the 8thMedical Group (8th MDG) laboratory at Kunsan Air Base and deliver it to the 51st Medical Group (51st MDG) Labat Osan Air Base. Laboratory specimens and miscellaneous items shall then be retrieved from the 51st MDGlaboratory and delivered to Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH) laboratory at CampHumphreys, then back to the 8th Medical Group laboratory on the same day, as defined by the PWS. Laboratoryspecimens are defined as diagnostic specimens.
