Scope of Work
This opportunity involves the manufacture and supply of a Cover Plate in accordance with Emerson Wheatley drawing NS-3983, Item 2. The material specified is ASTM-B369, UNS C96400. Key requirements include:
- Testing: Non-Destructive Tests, Weldability Test (ASTM-B369), and Hydrostatic Test (1050 PSI for a minimum of three minutes with no leakage or permanent deformation).
- Quality System: Must comply with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration system requirements of ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025 (or MIL-STD-4).
- Traceability & Certification: Full material traceability from raw material to finished component, including unique markings and certifications. Certificate of Compliance for Special Emphasis Material, chemical and mechanical analysis, and weld filler metal certifications are mandatory.
