Submission Requirements

- Pricing Details: Estimated repair price, cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation, Teardown & Evaluation Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) (requested 280 days), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT.
