--This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a solicitation package for the following services.
This acquisition ENTAILS establishing one (1) contract for “COVID-19 DISINFECTION SERVICES FOR 6 (SIX) OF THE CHICAGO DISTRICT, CORPS OF ENGINEERS FACILITIES.” Please SEE SECTION C OF THE SOLICITATION FOR STATEMENT OF WORK DETAILS.

COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720, with a Small Business size standard of $18M.

SUBMITTALS IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ: See Solicitation Section L of the Solicitation document.
WHERE TO SUBMIT: Responses shall be furnished to Ericka D. Hillard, via email to ericka.d.hillard@usace.army.mil, no later than 5:00 P.M. CST on July 24, 2020.
ELECTRONIC FILES: Any electronic files (via EMAIL) CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and the attachments); files exceeding this size will be denied access to the email inbox.
SPLIT OR MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT RESULT FROM THIS ACQUISITION.
CONTRACT AWARD: THE CONTRACTOR MUST FULLY COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERABLE REQUIREMENTS STATED ABOVE. Of particular importance, the contractor shall fully complete the ENTIRE BID SCHEDULE, TAKING NO EXCEPTIONS, to be considered responsive to this Solicitation and eligible for a resulting award. From this Solicitation, the government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced purchase order to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for all items included in the bid schedule.
