This is a combined pre-solicitation notice and solicitation for Crackers (Unsalted Tops Box-12/16 OZ) for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) domestic food distribution programs. The solicitation utilizes the AMS Master Solicitation for use in domestic food distribution programs.

• Procurement of Crackers (Unsalted Tops Box-12/16 OZ).

• Deliveries are to be made between 04/01/2026 through 06/30/2026.

• The Commodity Requirements Document for Crackers dated March 01, 2020, references CID A-A-20286B dated May 27, 2020.

• Bidders must be active in WBSCM and have the required bidder roles.

• Offers must be submitted electronically via the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM).

• Prime vendors are prohibited from subcontracting with suspended or debarred companies.

• Small business concerns must furnish products manufactured by small businesses and provide a supplier agreement.

• Invitation Type: Definite Delivery.

• Deliveries are to be made between 04/01/2026 through 06/30/2026.
