- Custom Height System: 6'6"-9'3" custom height, with specific internal and overall height clearances.
- Installation: Cost for installation of tarp systems if trailers are brought to a Cramaro facility (excludes labor for fixing damaged parts).
- Inspection/Repair: Estimated amount for replacing broken/damaged components (bulkhead and track repairs only) at the Ohio facility.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to christopher.m.jones405.civ@us.navy.mil. The government intends to negotiate with Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems, INC. under FAR 13.106-1 due to OEM compatibility. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotes, which will be considered. Evaluation will be based on factors detailed in Section M of the solicitation. Contractors must be properly registered in SAM.gov.
