Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email. Required submittals include SF 1449, a quote on company letterhead, and a specification sheet. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest evaluated price while meeting or exceeding acceptability standards for non-cost factors, specifically Technical Acceptability and Past Performance. Offerors are required to price only the base period; the option to extend services (FAR 52.217-8) will be evaluated by adding one-half of the base period price.
