Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan and possess all required training, qualifications, valid licenses, permits, and authorizations under Government of Japan law. Submission & Evaluation

  • Quotations must be submitted on an "ALL or NONE" basis.
  • CLINs will have a firm-fixed unit price (FOB Destination, Door-to-Door).
  • Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email by Friday, May 1, 2026, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • Required submission documents include: Signed SF 1449, signed SF30 amendments (if applicable), detailed price breakdown, published price list (if available), and other specified documentation.
