This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for crane and forklift rental in Puerto Rico. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6.

Aguadilla Location:

• 20K Crane with Operator: 12 hours (8 AM to 8 PM) on March 13. Requires a load capacity of 20K lbs, max height of 25 ft, radius of 40 ft max. Crane hook must fit through a 2" by 2" opening. Must be diesel-powered.
• 20K Forklift with Operator: 12 hours each day from March 13 to March 21. Requires a lifting capacity of at least 15.5K lbs. Forklift tines must not exceed 8 inches wide and 3 inches high. Company must refuel forklift. Site conditions: paved. Includes mobilization.

Jose Aponte Location:

• 20K Crane with Operator: 12 hours (8 AM to 8 PM) on March 22. Requires a load capacity of 20K lbs, max height of 25 ft, radius of 40 ft max. Must be diesel-powered. No forklift required at this location. Site conditions: paved. Includes mobilization.

• The proposed contract action is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price contract.

• Unit pricing is all-inclusive.

• The period of performance is implied by the dates of service (March 13-22, 2026).

• Quotes Due: 5:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST), March 11, 2026.

• This Request for Quote is a 100% Small Business set aside.
