Annual load tests must be performed using calibrated equipment, maintained for at least 15 minutes, and not exceed the device's rated capacity. Devices found unsafe must be tagged "OUT OF SERVICE," and detailed reports are required for each tested device. The contractor must supply all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel and is prohibited from using US Army-owned lifting devices. Services will be performed during normal duty hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
