Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide a turn-key solution to Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) a replacement Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Crash Net system at multiple locations across Tinker Air Force Base. The goal is to transition the existing primary analog network to a secure, fiber-optic-based infrastructure for reliable emergency response activation and alert notification, in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force (AF) mandates.

• Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) a VoIP Crash Net system.

• Utilize Government-provided outside plant fiber to subscriber locations.
