Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

  • Program Design, Coordination, Execution, and Reporting: Overseeing the entire program lifecycle.
  • Promotion, Marketing, Registration, and High-Tech Audience Management: Including outreach, campaign design, participant registration, audience segmentation, and deployment of advanced audience management tools.
  • Program Design and Execution: Delivering two Creator's Mela events in Kathmandu and Butwal, developing session plans, identifying and confirming speakers, and coordinating all necessary logistics.
  • Event Logistics and Production: Securing venues, managing logistical requirements, and overseeing full event production.
  • Sponsorship Coordination: Identifying, soliciting, and securing sponsors, managing sponsor deliverables, and developing sponsorship packages.

Eligibility & Notes

  • Experience Requirement: Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience executing large-scale events in Nepal and provide detailed case studies of comparable events.
  • SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission.
