Scope of Work

The contractor will provide daily crew vessel transportation services for Navy and civilian contractor personnel, primarily supporting the Midshipman training program. This includes:

  • Transporting approximately 50 passengers and their baggage per transit.
  • Capable of transporting up to 10 pallets (40"W x 48"L x 36"H, max 1000 lbs each) using an onboard powered crane.
  • Vessel must sustain a cruise speed of at least 17 knots and have a minimum passenger capacity of 50.
  • Provide a minimum 24-foot personnel gangway, maintaining an incline of no greater than 20 degrees when mating to a naval ship with a 15-foot freeboard.
  • Vessel must be clean, well-maintained, fully operational, and possess current U.S. Coast Guard inspection certification.
