This solicitation seeks proposals for an Elevator Maintenance Contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) facility in Hanover, New Hampshire. The contract will cover maintenance, testing, and repair services for four passenger elevators, one freight elevator, and one handicap lift.

• Comprehensive inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) program for all elevators.

• 24-hour emergency service calls and routine service calls.

• Repair of minor and major deficiencies.

• Provision of all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation.

• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.

• Development and implementation of an Accident Prevention Plan (APP).

• Adherence to safety regulations, including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.

• Employee licensing and certification requirements for elevator mechanics and inspectors.

• Security requirements, including U.S. citizenship for employees, identification, and adherence to site-specific security policies.

• The contract will have a base period and four option years.
