- Removal and installation of approximately 1000 linear feet (LF) of chain link fence, including posts, fabric, bracing, top guard, and a manual cantilever gate.
- Grubbing vegetation 10 feet outside the perimeter fence.
- Installation of approximately four (4) new 30-foot aluminum parking lot light poles with dual head luminaires, including excavation for bases, conduit trenching, and wiring.
- Milling approximately 46,000 square feet (SF) of the MEP lot to a depth of 2 inches.
- Repair of cracks in the milled surface using approved sealants.
- Application of a tack coat and installation of a new HMA Wear course of asphalt (approximately 46,000 SF).
- Sealing seams and edges of the new asphalt.
- Ensuring a 2-inch clearance for all gates.
- Saw cutting and excavation for concrete conduit across the road.

This RFI is solely for information and planning. The Government will not pay for information submitted, nor will it compensate respondents for costs incurred. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision, and must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1. A pre-construction conference and comprehensive quality control program are required. Employees must complete AT Level I and OPSEC Awareness training.
