Scope of Work
The requirement is for all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide, deliver, install, operate, and maintain self-contained HVAC units. This includes:
- Twenty (20) structures across five (5) compounds requiring cooling to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Thirteen (13) 40'x 80' Navi-Trac tents each requiring two 25-ton self-supported HVAC units, capable of feeding up to four 20" tent penetration points.
- Seven (7) 19'x 36' Sprung structures each requiring one 10-ton self-supported HVAC unit, capable of feeding up to two 20" tent penetration points.
- Contractor responsibilities include delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal of HVAC units, ducting, and generators. The Government will provide diesel fuel for generators.
- Performance Standards: Maintain 68°F, systems operational by specified dates, achieve temperature within 12 hours of startup, 24/7 support with 4-hour on-site repair, and 24-hour equipment replacement.
