Scope of Work
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors who can supply all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, and training for Mobile MRI services. Key requirements include:
- Mobile MRI Unit: A 1.5T MRI Coach (5 years old or newer) with specific technical specifications (e.g., gradient strength, slew rate, bore dimensions, weight limit, advanced software for motion correction, noise reduction, various imaging packages).
- Technologist Services: Provision of one (1) qualified MRI Technologist and one (1) alternate.
- Equipment: Includes scanner, acquisition/processing stations, physician viewing stations, cryogens, chiller, phantoms, RF coils, and a power injector.
- Ancillary Services: Transportation, installation/set-up, daily data transmission, patient data archiving, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Schedule: Services are required five (5) days per week, eight (8) hours per day, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.

- Product brochures with specifications.
- Proof of Buy American statute compliance.
