Scope of Work

The contractor will provide CT/X-Ray Technologist services to support the QNBMHCF. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing CT studies using CT equipment.
• Conducting diagnostic Radiology or other assigned departmental duties when CTs are not required.
• Performing various computerized tomography examinations according to physician instructions.
• Scheduling patients, determining conditions, and selecting appropriate procedures and equipment.
• Advising radiologists or referring physicians of results and providing preliminary diagnostic evaluations.
• Operating diagnostic equipment, including laser imagers, and performing operator-level maintenance.
• Maintaining files and records, and preparing reports on examinations, equipment status, and workload.
• Assisting in cardiac arrest situations and maintaining CPR certification.
• Possessing a personal dosimeter for radiation doses if performing X-ray duties.

• Pricing: Quoted unit pricing must be all-inclusive (travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes, and all other pertinent costs).

  • Technical Capability: Evaluated on vendor and staff experience, professional licensure/certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Past Performance: Evaluated based on recent (within 24 months) and relevant (Services sector) CPARs retrieved by the Government. Offerors do not need to submit past performance information. "Unknown" past performance is considered "acceptable."
  • Price: Evaluated for reasonableness and realism based on the total proposed price for the base and option periods.

• Contractors must have a Unique Entity ID, TIN, and be registered with SAM.gov.
• Invoicing will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) (www.ipp.gov).
• The work schedule is primarily evening and overnight coverage, Monday through Sunday, including holidays. No holiday pay or shift differential will be provided, and overtime pay is not allowed.
