This document is an architectural drawing detailing the proposed layout for cubicle furniture and office spaces. It serves as a visual guide for the installation and arrangement of furniture, workstations, and office areas.

• Floor plan with dimensions and room labels (e.g., OFC 1, OFC 2).
• Layout of cubicle workstations, including individual desk dimensions and configurations.
• Placement of conference tables, chairs, and other office furniture.
• Indication of storage units, filing cabinets, and shelving.
• Designation of pathways, doors, and fire exits.

This drawing is crucial for bidders to understand the physical space requirements, the quantity and type of furniture needed, and the specific arrangement expected for the installation. It directly informs proposals related to furniture procurement, delivery, and installation services, ensuring alignment with the government's spatial and functional needs.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To modernize Building 343 at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, by replacing outdated and inefficient office cubicles and furniture to create a more organized, efficient, and ergonomic workspace, thereby supporting employee morale and productivity.

• Provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, and supervision for a turn-key project.

• Includes design validation, delivery, assembly, installation of new office cubicle workspaces and associated furniture.

• Removal of all associated debris.

• Project Management and Design Validation: Verify site conditions, measurements, and confirm the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Delivery and Staging: Receive all furniture and materials (including ocean freight) and coordinate delivery to the worksite.

• Installation: Assemble and install new office cubicles and furniture according to approved drawings and BOM, meeting manufacturer standards and industry best practices.

• Site Maintenance and Cleanup: Remove all product-related trash and debris, dispose of it legally, and maintain a clean and safe work area daily. Leave premises clean and fully operational.

• Decommissioning: Removal and disposal of existing furniture.

• Electrical Connection: Provide a licensed electrician for connecting furniture systems to existing building power (does not include new wiring or J-boxes).

• Workmanship must meet or exceed manufacturer's installation standards and industry best practices.

• Final acceptance contingent upon COR verification of completion according to SOW and high workmanship standards.

• Government's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will monitor performance.

• Place: Building 343, Rooms 105, 105-A, 105-B, 108, 109, 110, 111, and 112, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858.

• Period: Within 180 calendar days from the contract award date.

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays.

• Government/Tenants will disconnect, box, and remove personal belongings from furniture and surfaces.

• Government will provide worksite access and necessary utilities (e.g., electricity).

• Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is the point of contact for inspection and guidance.
