Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Procurement: Sourcing and procuring four (4) ergonomic and durable cubicle workstations based on an itemized quote.
- Delivery & Assembly: Delivering components to the designated location, unpacking, inventorying, and assembling cubicles per manufacturer instructions.
- Installation: Installing assembled cubicles in designated locations, ensuring proper alignment and stability, referencing a provided building schematic.
- Infrastructure: Installing new electrical outlets and data ports/cabling for each workstation, adhering to all applicable codes, safety standards, network protocols, and obtaining necessary permits.
- Waste Removal: Removing and disposing of all packing materials and debris generated during installation.
Performance Standards
Services will be accepted upon a final inspection conducted by the COR, H. Leamon Sullivan. Acceptance criteria include all cubicles being fully assembled and installed per the layout plan, functional and compliant electrical and data connections, a clean installation area, and a signed off final inspection.
