Scope of Work
This requirement is for approximately 57.1 Lineal feet of 5' (span) x 6' (rise) I.D. Box Culvert, consisting of 8 sections. The culvert must include cutoff walls for both ends and four L-shaped cantilever wingwalls, each 8 feet long. Additionally, two headwalls, 1 foot wide by 1 foot high, are required for each end section. Neoprene gaskets will be installed on each box section prior to delivery. Exterior waterproofing is to be handled by others.
Key technical specifications include Level 1 black bar reinforcing and an assumed HL-93 Live Load Rating, which must be supported by calculations and stamped by a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in New York. The culvert must also meet Class 100 Tracked and Class 120 Wheeled requirements in accordance with UFC 3-310-08. All drawings and submittals must be stamped by a NY-licensed PE with supporting engineering documentation.
