This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the supply and delivery of corrugated metal pipe culverts and associated hardware to North Cascades National Park (NOCA). The acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 332322 (Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees.

• Supply and delivery of corrugated metal pipe culverts and associated hardware in various sizes.

• Specific items include 16ga galvanized CMP culverts, galvanized steel CMP couplers with nuts and bolts, and culvert gaskets.

• Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 1.

• Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Approximately May 27, 2026, to September 1, 2026 (delivery date) or September 14, 2026 (end of performance period, as per page 1).

• The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

• Proposal submission deadline: May 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM PDT.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to Suellen_Mayo@ios.doi.gov.

• Evaluation will be based on the following factors, in accordance with FAR Part 13, with the best value to the government being the deciding factor:

  1. Price
  2. Technical Specification (adherence to Attachment 1)
  3. Past Performance/Relevant Experience (at least 3 similar projects within the last 5 years, see Attachment 2)
  4. Delivery Schedule

• Questions are due by May 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM PDT.

• Total Small Business set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• A written solicitation will not be issued; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

• Pricing must be guaranteed for 90 days from the solicitation closing date.
