Contract Details

- Place of Performance: FOB Destination Fermilab, Batavia, IL.
- Delivery: FNAL requests delivery and acceptance of all units within 26 weeks from PO Award, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) on first articles and production units.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This acquisition is unrestricted. The primary NAICS Code is 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 550 employees. A small business subcontracting plan (as detailed in Exhibit C) is required if the awardee is not a small business and the subcontract value exceeds $750,000.00.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be emailed to the Procurement Specialist by the due date. This is a Lowest-Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Evaluation will consider:
- Technical Acceptability: Demonstrated compliance with specifications, including mandatory submission of Exhibit F (Minimum Power Supply Requirements Checklist). Failure to complete Exhibit F or indicate compliance will result in disqualification.
- Past Performance
- Price: Submitted on the Summary Pricing Sheet (Exhibit G). Price proposals must be valid for 90 days.
Offerors must also complete various certifications, including those related to Export/Import Control, Buy American Act, Independent Price Determination, and Responsibility Matters (Exhibit D), and Subcontractor Annual Representations & Certifications (Exhibit E).
