This notice is issued to gather market information from potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified small business offerors for custodial deep cleaning services at Building 901, Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform a comprehensive Custodial Deep Clean at Building 901, exceeding routine custodial care to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and extend the facility's interior surface lifecycle.

This deep cleaning service applies to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of Building 901. Major tasks include:

• Hard Surface Floors: Strip, seal, and wax (or scrub and recoat) all non-carpeted floors. This involves removing old finish, applying new layers of high-grade, slip-resistant finish for a uniform, high-gloss appearance.
• Carpeted Floors: Perform deep cleaning using hot water extraction or an equivalent restorative method. This includes pre-treating soiled areas, removing stains and embedded dirt, and ensuring carpets are left clean, uniformly blended, and completely dry.
• Restrooms & Locker Rooms: Conduct aggressive machine-scrubbing of floor grout, descaling and mineral removal from fixtures, and deep sanitation of partitions and walls.
• High Dusting & Vents: Clean and sanitize HVAC intake/exhaust vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, high corners, and window blinds, removing accumulated dust and debris.
• Baseboards & Edges: Manually scrub baseboards, floor edges, and corners to remove accumulated dirt and finish buildup.
