Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a clean and attractive workplace for the United States Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division, enhancing public relations and facility appeal.

Custodial services encompassing all designated spaces, including but not limited to halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways. Services include weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.

• Weekly Services: Emptying waste containers, sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping restrooms, cleaning restroom fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks), disinfecting floor drains, and servicing/replenishing restroom supplies.
• Monthly Services: Cleaning drinking fountains, cleaning walk-on/off mats, sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping floors (excluding restrooms and carpets), spray cleaning and buffing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors, and cleaning shower/locker rooms.
• Annual Services: Low and high dusting/cleaning of various surfaces (up to 7 feet and above 7 feet), washing interior and exterior doors and frames, cleaning restrooms (wainscoting, partitions, walls, doors), waxing and buffing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors, stripping and re-waxing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors (base year only), and vacuuming and shampooing carpets and rugs.

Services must meet standards outlined in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), with performance measured against customer complaints. • Quality Control: Contractor must maintain an effective quality control system.

• Government Furnished Items: Utilities (electricity, steam, natural gas, water, sewage, refuse collection) will be provided.

• Contractor Furnished Items: All other supplies, equipment, and services not listed as government-furnished.

• Site Visit: Highly encouraged for vendors prior to submitting an offer.

• Work Schedule: Must be submitted within 3 days of the start date and changes submitted at least three working days prior to performance. Work is generally performed during Government working hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday), excluding Federal Holidays.
