Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Monthly Services:

• Cleaning drinking fountains.
• Cleaning walk-on/off mats and associated floor areas.
• Sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping floors (excluding restrooms and carpets).
• Spray cleaning and buffing floors (VCT and Ceramic Tile, excluding restrooms).
• Cleaning shower stalls and locker rooms.

Annual Services:

• Low dusting/cleaning of furniture, partitions, ledges, walls, doors, and windows up to 7 feet.

• High dusting/cleaning of surfaces over 7 feet, including overhead piping and vents.

• Washing interior and exterior doors and frames.

• Cleaning restroom wainscoting, partitions, walls, and doors.

• Waxing and buffing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors.

• Stripping and re-waxing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors (base year only).

• The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform custodial services.

• Services are to be performed in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or surcharges associated with custodial services.

• The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• The period of performance includes one (1) 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods.
