The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools,materials, supervision, quality control, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property andservices. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 January 2026 (or subsequentdate) and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
